LetsMeet is a helpful app designed to facilitate meeting up with friends at a mutually convenient location. Users have the ability to select who they wish to meet with and where, after which the app suggests venues equidistant to both parties. Alternatively, users can customize proximity preferences to optimize the meeting location for all attendees. Each participant can propose a meeting spot, with final decisions made democratically through group voting.

Connect:

• Upon downloading the app, users are prompted to sign in with their phone numbers, grant access to contacts, and select individuals for potential meet-ups. For non-app users, invitations can be extended via text message.

Make an offer:

• After choosing meeting companions, users can suggest a venue using the search function to find suitable locations such as cafes or restaurants positioned conveniently for all attendees. If desired, particular proximity considerations can be specified.
• Once a meeting place is proposed, users can set a designated time and view other suggestions contributed by group members. Collaborative voting determines the final meeting spot.

Let's Meet:

• If a consensus is reached within the group, the chosen location card will indicate agreement by turning green. At this point, users can easily "let's meet" to schedule the event directly in their calendar.
